Chris joined Frogmore Property Company Limited in March 2008 from British Land where he worked for over ten years as an Asset Manager, becoming a director of the main operating subsidiary in 2003. During his time at British Land, Chris implemented a full range of initiatives including development and refurbishment across all property sectors. Latterly, Chris had sole responsibility for all high street retail property within the group to include the acquisition of portfolios and large scale phased sale programmes.

Previously, from 1987 to 1997, Chris trained with and worked at Cluttons as an investment agent and portfolio manager.

Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
