Michael co-ordinates the development activities for FREP I's Development Portfolio and is currently working on the South Place Hotel project and the proposed mixed use scheme in Ealing. Other recent projects include joint ventures with Land Securities (City Forum) and Aviva (Surrey Quays) where planning consent has been granted for mixed use development in excess of 1,000,000 and 750,000 sq ft.

Michael joined Frogmore Estates plc in 1985 and has worked on a number of Frogmore's high profile development schemes including forward funding with Aviva of Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead; The Office Park, Leatherhead and the forward funding with Royal London Asset Management of the 65 acre Springfield Business Park, Chelmsford.
