Frogmore is proud to announce that The British Property Federation has appointed Jo Allen, our Chief Executive, as its new Junior Vice President. The appointment was announced at the BPF’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 2 July.
Jo stated: “I am excited to be joining the leadership team of the BPF at a pivotal moment for the property industry, which I have been proud to be part of for over 30 years. Our industry has a vital role to play in the UK economy, in our cities and in our communities, and I am looking forward to working with the BPF’s board and members across the country to continue to deliver the BPF’s vision.”
Jessica Hardman, CEO for DWS UK and President of the BPF, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jo to her new role and to the BPF’s leadership team, to which she brings a wealth of experience and insight on the key issues facing the real estate industry. I also want to thank Mark Allan for his work over the past year. The real estate industry has never been more important, not only to the national economy, but to the fabric of our society. I am looking forward to working with the rest of the Board and BPF members to ensure we continue to play our part in driving growth across the country.”
Jo will be joining the BPF’s board and will work alongside the current leadership team, which includes Jessica Hardman, CEO for DWS UK, who following the AGM becomes President of the BPF, and Simon Carter, Chief Executive of British Land , who becomes Vice President. Mark Allan, Chief Executive of Landsec, becomes Immediate Past President, having served as President since July 2023.
