The aim of the discussion was to examine the current state of investment into the UK. Where is the money coming from and in what volume? What are the drivers and what are the detractors for investors? What assets are they chasing? Which sectors are hot? And what is the impact of corporate occupiers’ post‐Brexit plans? Patrick was joined by Damian Wild – Editor of Estates Gazette and Moderator of the panel discussion; Lynda Shillaw – Chief Executive MAG Property; Roger Marsh OBE – Chair of Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership; Sir Richard Leese – Leader of Manchester City Council; John Miu – Chief Operating Officer, ABP London; Tom Leahy – Senior Director of Real Capital Analytics along with a presentation from Graham Shone, Senior Analyst at Estates Gazette.
