The structure of Frogmore’s 274 bedroom New Marlborough Yard Hotel has been completed.
To mark the occasion, representatives from Frogmore; Whitbread and La Salle Investment Management joined the design team and contractor Gilbert-Ash on site at a Topping Out Ceremony.
The hotel, pre-let to Whitbread and forward funded by clients of La Salle, will be completed in April 2020. It will be operating under the Premier Inn brand, incorporating a Bar + Block steakhouse.
Positioned only 100m from Southwark underground station and 300m from Waterloo mainline station, the hotel will be opening in Summer 2020 and will be a great addition to the already vibrant Southwark scene.
