Frogmore’s Director of Asset Management, Tim Allibone, joined Phil Jones from JV partner Mulberry Developments to collect an IAS Award ‘Best Overall Scheme- Logistics Park’ for Midlands Logistics Park in Corby. In 2018, the development won ‘Deal of the Year over 250,000 sq ft’ for the preletting of 844,000 sq ft to Eddie Stobart. Additional forward funded lettings have subsequently been secured with BSH Home Appliances Ltd (945,000 sq ft) and Europa Worldwide Group(525,000 sq ft).
