The lively Panel Session on ‘Alternative Real Estate: Moving into the Mainstream?’ discussed the fundamental demand drivers of the sector, its evolution into the mainstream and some of the risks involved in the otherwise attractive returns investors are seeing today. The event was attended by over 200 institutional real estate professionals from Europe.
