Singer Hall is a vacant purpose-built student accommodation campus located in central Coventry. With a total of 627 rooms laid out over 39, two and three storey buildings on a site of 4.8 acres. The accommodation has now become obsolete, and the 3-year business plan is to refurbish the property in phases in time for the 2024 /2025 academic year, stabilise the asset and exit to institutional investors. For this project we have partnered with specialist student housing operator, The Mansion Group who will be responsible for the day to day running of the campus. Frogmore have previously worked with The Mansion Group on ‘The Hive’ the student housing asset in our second fund, Frep 2.
