A 65 acre greenfield site with planning consent obtained for 850,000 sq ft of office, warehouse/distribution and production uses, funded by Royal London Asset Management.
The site was developed to provide new facilities for Aldi, A-Z Supplies and Menzies Distribution Limited with speculative industrial units let to tenants including Parcelforce and Target Express.
