Frogmore is pleased to have achieved Practical Completion at 41 Abbey Road, St Johns Wood, London NW8. This 26-bedroom care facility is the fourth and final home of The Loveday Portfolio. We entered into a strategic partnership with this proven operator, to build a portfolio of four luxury dementia care homes in prime London locations over a four-year business plan in August 2018. We sourced 41 Abbey Road as a vacant former care home building, acquired planning consent (April 2019) and have now refurbished and extended it as a new, boutique nursing home located in an affluent part of Northwest London.
