FREP III closed on 15th July 2015 having raised approximately £392m of equity and is fully invested in 11 assets, 5 of which have been realised.
FREP IV closed on 7th July 2022 having raised approximately £150m of equity and is fully invested in 6 assets, 1 of which has been partially realised.
