Phil Egan – Asset Manager & ESG Lead

Phil Egan is part of the Asset Management Team at Frogmore and brings 10 years of industry experience to Frogmore.

In addition to his asset management duties, Phil takes lead responsibility for Frogmore’s ESG activities both corporately and at asset level, ensuring that key performance strategies are met.

Prior to joining Frogmore in 2022, Phil worked for Edmond de Rothschild REIM executing asset management across a wide range of sectors. Phil started his career at Knight Frank moving to private equity real estate manager M7 in 2016.

Phil has a BA in Languages from Bath University and an MSc in International Real Estate from Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. Phil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of IPF.
