Patrick Smith is responsible for the origination, due diligence and underwriting of investment transactions at Frogmore.  Patrick, a Chartered Surveyor, brings 32 years of UK real estate experience to Frogmore and is a key member of the Investment Committee.

Patrick joined Frogmore in 1998 and has been involved in Frogmore’s acquisitions over the past 19 years’ worth c£3bn.  These include investments such as Centre Point – iconic office tower in the heart of London; The Chilterns – luxurious residential scheme in Marylebone, London and Notting Hill Gate Estate – mixed use investment as part of Notting Hill High Street, London.  Additionally, Patrick worked closely with Paul White during the Management Buyout (MBO) of Frogmore Estates plc in 2001.

Patrick started his career with Norwich Union, and joined King Sturge & Co. (now merged with JLL), as part of its National Investment Agency Team in 1990. In 1995, he moved to Moorfield Estates plc where he was responsible for acquisition and asset management of its UK property portfolio.

Patrick is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum.
