Frogmore in a spin over Yemen Appeal!

Five members of the Frogmore team clocked up the ‘kilometres’ and took on the APAM challenge to help them raise both funds and awareness for the Save the Children’s Yemen Crisis Appeal cycling a virtual 95km in just 2.25 hours.

The ‘race’ took place on static spin bikes in St Christopher’s Place outside APAM’s office and Frogmore assisted APAM in clocking up a magnificent 128,142km over the challenge making it all the way to Yemen and part way back during the 31 day challenge.

The money received will go to support Save the Children who are treating the sick and injured throughout 167 fixed health centres and 23 hospitals throughout Yemen, spanning the majority of the country affected by conflict.

Simon Cooke of APAM said: ‘Thank you to Jo Allen and the boys from Frogmore for a great race this afternoon. Frogmore were the clear winners and thank you also for the generous donation.

The Frogmore team included Simon Casey, Ben Fitzherbert, Chris Jackson, Michael Kovacic and Jo Allen.

We would like to congratulate APAM on the campaign raising awareness of Save the Children’s work in Yemen. For more information, or to donate to the appeal.
