Frogmore is a UK-focussed, fully integrated real estate investment manager. We offer investors solutions across non-listed vehicles, customised separate accounts, and through co-investment.

At Frogmore our strategy is to create and enhance income-producing assets through active value creation and extensive knowledge of local markets.  In November 2005, Frogmore launched its first co-mingled real estate fund, Frogmore Real Estate Partners L.P. (FREP I) and closed it with c£330m in investor commitments. Its successor fund (FREP II) closed in 2009 having raised c£195m. In 2015, Frogmore successfully closed its value-add fund (FREP III) at c£400m commitments globally.

Our most recent fund, FREP IV, closed in July 2022 having raised £150m of commitments. FREP IV is a continuation of Frogmore’s approach of acquiring income-producing assets and undertaking heavy-lifting asset management initiatives to create value. This includes refurbishment, re-purposing, and/or selective development of obsolete buildings to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns for the Fund investors.
