Great to see the progress on site at our office refurbishment project at 5 Bedford Row, close to Holborn Underground station in Central London. Both new lift shafts have been fully completed and the steel work which connects the link building and supports the roof terrace is in place. The second-floor decking is being installed and, over the coming months, the structural works will be completed. We expect to complete construction by the end of the year and the marketing campaign has already attracted some early interest from potential tenants.
