Significant progress is being made at 5 Bedford Row, Frogmore’s office refurbishment project in Fund IV. The required demolition works are being completed to accommodate the extensions and to level the floors of the three interconnecting buildings. The offices do not look too pretty at the moment; but this will all change as we approach anticipated completion in Autumn 2024.
