Three of Frogmore’s finest athletes – Ellen Macintyre, Phil Egan, and John Matthews – took part in the JLL property Duathlon on the morning of Friday the 30th of June at Dorney Lake, Windsor. After an early start, and a lot of effort, the team celebrated successfully completing the event with a cold beer (non-alcoholic of course!). ‘We had a great time taking part in the Duathlon event said John; the weather conditions were perfect, and the cheering supporters were amazing, making the race great fun. For two of us this was our first Duathlon and once our legs have recovered, I think we’d be keen to try another!’
